How it works

How it works

We deliver catering orders two ways: as an ongoing partner under contract, or as a one-time delivery with no contract.

For restaurants with regular catering orders. You set things up once, then your orders come to us automatically.

Step 1

Agree on your rate

Tell us about your restaurant and your catering volume. We agree on a delivery rate for your restaurant and sign a partner contract.

Step 2

Get connected

We connect to the system you already use, like Toast or Cartwheel, and open your partner panel.

Step 3

Your orders flow to us

Catering orders reach us automatically. You can also add orders in your panel, by email or with a file.

Step 4

We deliver and keep everyone updated

You follow every delivery in your panel, your customers get updates, and you earn a share of the tips.

Updates for both sides

No more "where's my order?" calls

Your team sees each delivery move in the panel. Your customer gets a text with a link they can open without an account, and a photograph of the delivery when it arrives.

Questions restaurants ask

Which areas do you serve?

The DMV: Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. Our drivers cover the region as one area.

How are my customers notified?

By text, on the number you give us with the order. Each message carries a link to a page showing where the delivery is, and after it arrives, the photograph the driver took. No account and no app needed to open it.

Can you connect to the system I already use?

Usually, yes. Orders can reach us straight from your ordering or POS system, or through our API if you have your own. You can also enter an order in your panel, send it by email or upload a document. See our API if your team builds the connection.
